Very kind and very easy to work with. It's our 2nd car from this dealership. We had very tight requirements, as my mom and dad are on a fixed income. This dealership is renewing my faith in good people selling cars. James has guaranteed a straight forward process with no upselling and that’s exactly what’s it’s been. Very relaxing. Besides professional, they seek to improve the customer experience by smoothing out glitches like Sang did for me. Elliott presented the financing super clearly and professionally. They could only find one key so they wanted to cut me a new one on the spot, but it would take three hours, and I needed to drive 7 hours home thru a rain storm. I asked if they would cut me a check for the cost if I did it at home on my own, and they said yes. Fair and accountable! I would buy a car from them any day!. More

Excellent dealership! I went to a few other dealers and none were as friendly or straightforward as the guys at Heritage Hyundai. Jack,Raj and team stated an hour and a half after closing to finish the paperwork and I would go to them again in a heartbeat if I needed another vehicle. More
