I had a great experience. Kelly was fantastic. She called me and told me that should would be able to upgrade me from my current vehicle which at the time was a 2017 sonata. I Kelly was fantastic. She called me and told me that should would be able to upgrade me from my current vehicle which at the time was a 2017 sonata. I upgraded from a base model to a mid level trim which actually cost more than my car but the monthly payment was basically the same. I couldn’t be more pleased with my car and my overall experience working with Kelly. James was great as was Roman!! More

No pressure at all from Jack, he let us lead and just facilitated getting us a vehicle that fit our needs. Felt more like we hired a consultant than like we were working with a salesman.
