Before I left this review I did contact the dealership at the # above and left a message with the lady there answering the phone . I wanted to discuss the matter with Steve (General Manger) She said she would put my contact # on his computer so he would see it first thing. I told the lady that a bad review was coming if I don't get to discuss this matter with G. Manager Steve. He never called me. * Look here! I spent a total of 13 hours at the service dept. waiting area. (this does not include the 2 trips, 5 hours driving time to the dealership, over all 18 hours of my time and cost me $454.40) waiting on the so called experienced / Ford trained technician to wire in a wiring harness, (a 4-pole flat trailer connector) so I can pull my boat trailer. >> At my expense $$ and all my time here, I'm having to pay for that Experienced Ford Tech!, Really man ! This dealership, starting at the Top to the bottom needs to be taught how to do their job. > 1st. Integrity, just do the right thing and stop all the lying. If you don't know how to do you're job, just say so and stop passing the blame on to someone else. INTEGRITY is being good even when no one is looking!
