Great overall experience at the dealership but not so much after the sale was complete. After I drove the vehicle home, I found that the horn didn't work properly. I tried multiple times to call the deal much after the sale was complete. After I drove the vehicle home, I found that the horn didn't work properly. I tried multiple times to call the dealership and I either couldnt reach anybody that had the authority to address the problem or when I left messages for the person who did, I never heard back from them. Since I live too far from the dealership to just drop in, I finally gave up. Im sure that if I would have hounded them, I would have probably got some satisfaction but you dont expect to have to pester somebody after doing business with them. More

Staff here are extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Mark spent hours with us to make sure we had everything we needed. He even found car insurance at a cheaper rate than what I was paying!!
