Very positive car buying experience I needed to downsize my TOYOTA 4Runner but did not want to lose the small luxuries it afforded. I’d owned a Lexus RX350 before and bought it at this d I needed to downsize my TOYOTA 4Runner but did not want to lose the small luxuries it afforded. I’d owned a Lexus RX350 before and bought it at this dealership. But on one visit for service, a nice gentleman came over to where we were waiting with our dog asking if she would like some water. I was very impressed with Sam. When I went to change vehicles I requested him and on one of his crazier busy days he was able to help me into my Lexus RX450h. The usual business transactions that are annoying did not occur with Sam. I was straight with him and he reciprocated. I left there satisfied and with the right vehicle for me plus the knowledge that Lexus will have my back for several years to come. More

Great Car Buying Experience I was in the market for a used car however the car I wanted sold before I got to the dealership.
