Amazing service –Excellent follow up. I walked into the dealership and did not know what to expect. I was in the market to change my BMW to different SUV, but did not know what to get and I walked into the dealership and did not know what to expect. I was in the market to change my BMW to different SUV, but did not know what to get and never drove a Lexus before. We met our sales consultant Vitor Duarte. I cannot even say enough about him. He was so professional and patient with us. Answered all our questions no matter how simple or complicated they are. He tried to find the Right car for me, and He truly did. I love my new RX350. Vitor and his sales Manager worked with my husband on the deal and truly did go above and Beyond. The service did not even stop here, Vitor introduced us to the financial Department he even stayed with us after his business hours to make sure we all set. Sanjay at the Financial Department, was simply amazing. He knew every single option out there, and truly worked with my husband to make sure we had the right option for us. Your managers were positive in giving immediate answers to any questions we had about cost, deliveries. It wasn't that easy as my husband wanted only rear wheel drive which had to be negotiated with a Texas dealer. Your service department with their own managers has been terrific over the years.....plus the cars themselves are without equal.
