I worked with Sanjay two years ago when I purchased my first Lexus. Sanjay had sold to one of my colleagues who could not say enough good things about Sanjay and the whole team at Herb Chambers. I just went back to Sanjay again and purchased my second Lexus. I also recommended two family members who Sanjay sold to as well. Sanjay is not your typical sales person and Herb Chambers is not your typical dealership. The sales department and service is awesome and they make you feel at home. There is no hard sell and from the moment you walk in the door you are taken care. Sanjay is also the only sales person I know that gives his customers his personal cell phone number. I have been to many other dealerships and there is just no comparison. I highly recommend Sanjay, Rocco and the team at Herb Chambers and I look forward to seeing Sanjay again in two years when I am ready for my next Lexus. More

Sanjay was informative not only about my ES350, but about other competitors cars and listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle, pointing me toward those that would fit my criteria, not ones that just cost more as other dealers sometimes do. Sanjay and Rocco S. worked my deal so I could drive my new ES350 home when I went back the next day. The process was smooth with attention to details. Extremely professional and truly concerned about my satisfaction the day of purchase, as well as after the sale. This is my first Lexus, but the fourth in my family all purchased from Sanjay. They bend over backward to make sure you are satisfied. I would not hesitate to go back the next time I am in the market for a vehicle. More

When you purchase from this dealership you are getting everything you expect and Herb Chambers and I have to say that the service is second to none. Four years ago I walked in and I didn't just get a salesperson, I got a dedicated team of professionals that work together through every step of the process - buying, financing, and service are all beyond comparison. I absolutely hated the idea of dealing with a car purchase until I went to Herb Chambers Lexus. I called ahead this time and Sanjay had every model I wanted to drive ready for me, Niko knew the terms of my last lease and had the terms and paperwork for the 300 done in no time and I was extremely happy to find that Kristen is still my service consultant - she is beyond professional. More than one thing struck me during this transaction...not only was it easy, but I had two of the three people I had dealt with four years earlier to count on. The only reason I didn't have the same team of three...my original salesperson had rightfully been promoted to business manager. I kid you not when I say that I had such a good experience, I manged to migrate my husband from what we now call "the ultimate sliding machine" (and this company will NOT come and help you up your driveway) to a Herb Chambers Lexus as well. More

I thought that everyone was very courteous and friendly and there was a large selection of vehicles to choose from. I am 77 years old and have been buying cars for more than 50 years so I am not surprised at anything that I encounter when buying a vehicle. I do like the fact that Mr. Herb Chambers allows his customers to provide feedback regarding the experience of buying one of his vehicles. I enjoyed working with the Salesman Mr. Khairmode and the technician Mr. Pacheco and I would not hesitate to recommend them. I thought the facility in Sharon was one of the best I have ever seen and it was spotless everywhere I went. It certainly has a great atmosphere with a numerous selection of vehicles. It's good to have a resource like Mr. Pacheco because driving the RX350 is like driving a smart phone.......there are quite a few functions one needs to learn. More

I recently purchased a Lexus RX350 from Herb Chambers in Sharon. My Sales consultant Sanjay Khairmode was the best sales consultant that I have ever dealt with in my many purchases of any vehicle over the Sharon. My Sales consultant Sanjay Khairmode was the best sales consultant that I have ever dealt with in my many purchases of any vehicle over the years. He is/was very knowledgable about the vehicle I was interested in and made a compelling reason for me to upgrade to this vehicle. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the highst he was a 20. His follow thru during the entire process was outstanding. He continues to contact me, even a week after my taking to delivery to see if there are any issues and to offer his assistance. When I took delivery he came in on his day off to meet my time table, even though he was facing an end of the month holiday weekend where I knew he would be busy. He ensured everything was ready when I arrived. Unlike many sales consultants that I have dealt with in the past, he also addressed my wife as a party to the purchase and not just someone who needed to sign paperwork. She took great notice of the same. Every person at the dealership that we had even the smallest dealing with were very freindly, profession and willing to go the extra mile. Many others may say they provide the quality and level of service that Sanjay and all the others at Herb Chamber Lexus did, but few deliver...especially after they have the sale completed. I highly recommend Herb Chambers Lexus (and Sanjay Khairmode in particular) for your next vehicle needs. More

Walking into Herb Chambers Lexus I was treated like royalty. I was asked by many people if needed anything water, snack. Everyone was so plesant. They were knowlegable about their cars and products. Very patient, not pushy, The Finance manager( Kolis) and Sales person( Sanjay) made everything so easy. That is why I have come back to Herb Chambers Lexus for the 3rd time to purchase a vehicle. Purchasing a car can be very intimidating. But at Herrb Chamber Lexus the staff made it like shopping at your favorite store and finding a bargin of a lifetime. It may sound a little corny but true. That is why I will continue to shop with this dealership. They are truly about customer service from the time you walk through their doors until the time that you leave, and sometimes even after. Sanjay Khairmode, my sales rep and primary point of contact, was stellar… from my first visit to test drive through the purchase and then delivery to my residence, he was exceptionally professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Scott Brothers, sales manager, was efficient… he was reasonable and made it happen quickly. My total negotiation time occurred in less than three brief phone calls from home in the evening after my visit. Clayton Zak, finance manager, was diligent… he offered other purchase options then smoothly executed the paperwork while providing additional information throughout. The dealership, HC Lexus of Sharon, was unlike any other I have seen… spacious, spotless, and classy. Aside from the showroom floor, it felt more like a hotel than an auto dealership with lounges, business center, fireplaces, TVs, kids playroom, breakfast and lunch, and coffee bar. I have never had a car-buying experience like that which I had recently at HC Lexus… I will be back to duplicate the process in the future. Herb – you should be proud. Thank you. More
