I was born in Springfield, raised in Framingham, and currently reside in Worcester with my wife Mary and two daughters, Milena and Angelica, plus two dogs Wimpy and Max. Since graduating Framingham South High School in 1987, and ITT Technical Institute in 1988, I have been a paperboy, groundskeeper, baker, waiter, bartender, furniture salesman, bank teller, and US Army Reservist. In 1992 I started in the automobile business working in all aspects of the business including as a Salesperson, Inventory Manager, Truck Manager, F&I Manager, and Sales Manager. I’ve applied my past experiences to my current role in the most successful Business Development Center (BDC) in the country. I am bilingual and speak and write Spanish fluently. After wearing so many different hats in this business, I can relate to any situation you may be in and I’m ready to help! In my spare time, I am an avid sports fan who loves to travel and share time with friends & family.

Jeep Buyer Just purchased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Imperial, had been there a few months prior and at that time was introduced to Ed Kelly an Just purchased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Imperial, had been there a few months prior and at that time was introduced to Ed Kelly and Dave Mello,2 real nice guys and one of many reasons I went back there. After shopping around, my decision to make a purchase from their dealership was a no-brainer. Sean Ewing was my sales representative, he put me into exactly what I was looking for, no pressure, no bull.... unlike some of the other dealerships I had visited, his personality and knowledge of Jeeps made my purchase easy. Mike Walsh Jr and Karyn Ingram handled the finance end and were both great to deal with. Although I didn't meet him, I want to commend Santos Cruzado on his prompt quick response and follow-ups on my e-mails, along with the unknown receptionist who fielded my calls. As a side note I want to once again thank Ed and Dave for all their help, its people like the ones I have mentioned that make Imperial Jeep a success and a pleasure to deal with. Return customer I returned to Imperial when I needed a new vehicle because I had such a positive experience the first time four years earlier. After walking the lot I returned to Imperial when I needed a new vehicle because I had such a positive experience the first time four years earlier. After walking the lot for approximately ten minutes, Rami Awad approached us and asked if we needed help. He helped us find the vehicle that was right for us, and was very professional during the process. After identifying the car we wanted to buy, securing financing was the next step, and we never knew how fortunate we would be when we were walked back in to Karyn Ingram's office. Normally financing is a painful experience, however, Karyn provided step by step guidance and education with helpful tips on how to improve your credit score, as well as money saving tips that can result in cash in your pocket instead of the financing company's. Imperial provides everything you need and more in a car dealership. There is no reason to shop for a vehicle anywhere else. I'm sure i'll be back in four more years for another new vehicle.
