Worse experience ever !!! Bought Honda accord 4 months back and when selling the car they showed me Carfax Report. Recently I came to know from one of the insurance company tha Bought Honda accord 4 months back and when selling the car they showed me Carfax Report. Recently I came to know from one of the insurance company that this car had a Major accident 6 months back and the airbag had been deployed. This is a serious safety issue and the car is worth nothing if I am going to sell to someone. I pulled the Autocheck Report and it clearly state the accident Report When contacted Germain Honda they said they cant do anything about it and they are not aware of the accident. I am not sure how such a big dealer is not aware of a serious accident and airbag deployment and selling such cars as clean cars. Last thing they promised was to appraise the car and they came up with something more than 5k depreciation in value, where essentially I am loosing 30% of the price in just 3 months. This is totally ridiculous and unacceptable from such a big dealer. I am stuck and I wont be able to sell the car to anyone and I wont get fair value. If this is how they sell used cars it is a serious issue and should think twice about the quality of the cars and safety of the vehicles. Worse experience ever. More

Saqib Naeem was such a great help as he searched for the cars that I was interested in and helped me narrow down something that would not only fit into my budget, but also fit my style. He was absolutely fantastic! Being a recent graduate, I am just now building my credit and did not have much to work with, but Ryan Cox was able to find me a great deal. The downside was that it took nearly 3 hours for this to occur as my boyfriend and I waited at the dealership. However, I did leave with my car that night and couldn't be happier.! More
