The first day of the search I found a car I liked but the hour long pressure from the dealer to buy on the spot made me walk away and not look back. The next day I went to Germain Honda of Dublin and met Saqib Naeem, I told him what I needed and he listened. Saqib spent quality time showing me a few cars that met my needs. With no pressure I thanked him and went home. There was no need to go to another dealer, I was sold on Germain. I contacted Saqib a couple days later with another list of cars that I wanted to look at. That sweet man patiently showed me the cars and together we found exactly what I needed. I'm thrilled with my new car (but not as much as my new teen driver is!). Head on down to Germain Honda. Ask for Saqib and tell him Penny sent ya! More

I stopped in the night before the purchase and spoke with a sales man by the name of Saqib Naeem. We explained we were just wanting a quick look at 2 used Pilots. Mr. Naeem was very receptive to us. He did not treat us like he did not expect us to return the next day. We looked at the vehicles and we had our 3 children with us. Mr. Naeem was very respectful. THe next day we returned and test drove the vehicles. He helped us to make our selection with ease. If we had a question he did not have an immediate response to, he would speak to a manager and obtain an answer promptly. We then entered the finance office with Ryan Cox. Mr. Cox was very respectful and was able to inform us of many available options in a manner that was not pushy or demanding. He was also able to get us a lower finance rate then we were preapproved for. Thank you to the family at Germain Honda for your help, patience, and great customer service. More
