Not only did she take her time with us, she didn't rush us for one second, and she was very patient with our many questions. This was with less than half an hour of their business day and we really have to give her xxxxxxfor that. Although we signed our paperwork after hours; she waited until we were finished to make sure we were well taken care of and asked if we had any other questions before we left. I can't praise this dealership enough! All of the staff, Stephanie Hausherr, Bill Alston, Saqib Naeem, and the young lady who took our new vehicle to the shop, were all amazing. We will definitely be continuing our relationship with Stephanie and the Germain Honda family. Germain Honda is the model of what a car buying experience should be! More

We quickly arrived at a fair difference between the trade and car being purchased with only two "Talk To My Manager' trips. Google "four square car sales" to learn how to bypass this ancient negotiation trick...focus on ONE NUMBER....the difference between trade and new car...REFUSE to negotiate 4 numbers at a time. The only major snag was mass chaos in the Finance department on Saturday, we had to come back Monday to finish the deal. Summary: Good sales person...extremely annoying, old school sales management tricks (not the salesperson's fault, sales management practices need updating.). F&I department is understaffed. Avoid car shopping on Saturday if possible. More

I had a lovely experience here from start to finish. I began with speaking with Kayla to set up an appointment to come in and see the used Civic I was interested in. The specific car I was interested in was no longer available, and he was apologetic on the matter and immediately problem solved to help me find another car that would work for me. Chris was matter of fact and upfront with answers to my questions while buying my first car of my own, and was extremely excited for me to have found a car that I liked enough to make my own. He was a delightful person and I was glad to have worked with him in this purchase. When I moved over to sign financial documents, Saqib took great care of me. He was also extremely friendly and efficient in getting me in my new (used) car. Ultimately I had a fantastic experience buying here, and I was glad that this is where I went to purchase my car.
