Was not intending to buy a vehicle today. Found a vehicle online that met our current needs. Contacted dealer online and was within 2 minutes received a response from Internet Sales Manager (Kayla Wicker). S online that met our current needs. Contacted dealer online and was within 2 minutes received a response from Internet Sales Manager (Kayla Wicker). She was professional and arranged for me a test drive and connected me with a Salesperson (Matt Schindler). From the time from my initial contact with dealership till I was behind the wheel for a test drive was 45 minutes. Matt greeted us, and we went through the usual requirements for a test drive. This was taking place at 5:30 pm on a Friday evening. At no time we're we made to feel like we were an inconvenience or rushed to make a decision. Our test drive was lengthy and upon our return Matt said he was going to work for us and made us feel at home. Matt backed up his words by his actions and communication with us. While we were on the test drive our trade in was appraised. I had done my research on trade-in value and Germain was right on target with my expectations. We did not even have to banter back and forth. After some discussion we made an offer to Matt. He took offer for approval and by 7:30 we were leaving dealership with our purchase. Finance Manager was friendly and thorough. Matt made sure our needs while we waited to sign paperwork were met. Matt is full of energy and eager to make an impact with his customers.
