I had not previously looked at their stock becau In the market for a CR-V, my coworker highly recommended Germain as she bought her CR-V here as well. I had not previously looked at their stock because I live on the other side of town and didn't want to drive my trade-in that far, but I am absolutely glad I did! There were plenty of options in my price range that had what I was looking for - I knew which one I wanted to drive away in but I had two other back-ups picked as well. I was greeted immediately upon arrival by a gentleman whose name I did not catch, but he was very polite and attentive. I thought I had made an appointment but I don't think I confirmed it, my mistake, so upon arrival Steve took care of me right away. He's a very jovial guy, very easy to talk to, I'm the kind of person that feels very nervous in situations like this and I didn't feel nervous with him at all. We took a test drive - I requested he come with me as I was not familiar with the area. I loved the car, so we returned to the dealer and grabbed my trade-in for their mechanics to look at it while we did paperwork. Steve was able to get me very close to what I wanted to pay, no awkward haggling. I sat down with Saqib and we went over some other stuff briefly, another very easy to get along with guy, making jokes and making the experience fun in between signature after signature and paperwork! Steve also tried to teach me how to use my console, but I'm a stubborn person and like learning how to do things on my own. He set up my bluetooth so I could rock out to my phone music on the way home though! Altogether I was in and out within three hours. I'm in love with my new car and I'm so happy I didn't have to sit there all day haggling. I'm so glad my coworker told me to come here, and I'll be passing it on as well. Next time I am in the market for a car I am absolutely returning to Germain Honda of Dublin. My only regret is not asking Steve what a good place was for lunch in the area as I was leaving! I was on my own for that part. More

Excellent Service, amazing saleman ship! Before going to Germain Honda of Dublin I had visited 6 other dealerships and test drove 8 cars. I then found a used 2017 Chevrolet Equinox LT on the Before going to Germain Honda of Dublin I had visited 6 other dealerships and test drove 8 cars. I then found a used 2017 Chevrolet Equinox LT on the Germain website and decided to go by for a test drive. Upon my arrival I was quickly greeted by Ms. Jheni Felix, and offered a test of drive of the vehicle. I was allowed as much time as was needed to road test, have a mechanic complete a check of the automobile and return the vehicle. At that time I wasn't prepared to buy the car, but told Jheni what amount I'd be willing to pay and to get back to me once she was able to talk it over with her manager - I was later contacted that day, and told my offer was accepted. I was happy that we were able to come to an agreement, but I still wasn't prepared to buy the vehicle and needed time to secure the title for my old car and move the agreed down payment from an online banking account. This is where Jheni went above and beyond her title and took it upon herself to ensure that the vehicle would remain on the lot until I had time to get all of my resources aligned. Within a week, I came back to the dealership (the day before my birthday) and happily purchased my new SUV. I left with a smile, a personalized birthday card and a vehicle that I am overjoyed with, I will make sure that all of my friends and family will know where I got the new car and the smile on my face. I look forward to doing business again with Germain Honda in the future! More
