Sara Cribbs was phenomenal. My Defender needed a 1year check. I brought it in as scheduled and was taken in right away. Sara gave me updates and it was completed on time. Having brought my Range Rover in to Jaguar Land Rover of St.Petersburg for a small recall inspection, I was treated Royally by Sara Gribbs and the ancillary staff as I waited for whatever needed to be inspe St.Petersburg for a small recall inspection, I was treated Royally by Sara Gribbs and the ancillary staff as I waited for whatever needed to be inspected on my RR Velar. Over an above my inspection of my ride, I was treated as if I had brought my Velar in for an annual checkup and fluid change. Mats, interior surfaces, windows, wheels and of course the whole body of the Velar was cleaned. I do appreciate being pampered, both my ride and me. Thank you for the great coffee and cookies, and friendly smiles from all that passed by as I waited for my Velar. More
