Horrible after sale experience. Service returned my car worse than when I dropped it off. Nothing was fixed,check engine light on and filthy. Service manager is useless and General manager won’t even retu worse than when I dropped it off. Nothing was fixed,check engine light on and filthy. First they told me to just drive an unsafe vehicle with no regard for human life and they would not provide a loaner car as agreed. Then they told me to try another dealer to see if I would get better service. Only excuses were provided. Once they sell you a car you are on your own. Avoid this place. More

This dealership wins a few stars in selling you the product, a "NO" stars in service (most important). I am in my 2nd Range Rover, I chose to purchase at this dealership in 2020 for my 2nd Sport due to product, a "NO" stars in service (most important). They overpromised with a commitment to on going customer service. As for on going service, the service department is a true disconnect, each visit or call is nothing less of unprofessional customer service, the latest story, they scheduled a service appt and called 4 days prior to appointment day to cancel due to lack of employees, in addition they need to reschedule 27 days later...when you have an issue you must wait over a month total to get your car in the shop???? Buy elsewhere and buy German! More
