Awful service dept. I helped out a friend in need by taking over payments on a 2018 Honda Accord. Before taking over "ownership" there was an insurance claim. Academy w I helped out a friend in need by taking over payments on a 2018 Honda Accord. Before taking over "ownership" there was an insurance claim. Academy was paid for the repair but failed to complete the job.. I started driving the vehicle in May of 2019 and went to speak to the service dept to find out how to complete the repair. After speaking to 5 different people no one would offer any help. This passed week the owner tried to speak with the service manager. We just got the standard we will call you back, as you can guess there was never a return call. Frustrated, we contacted the insurance company to inform them that the claim they paid was not completed. We were told that Kara would schedule us for the repair , we should call her to set it up. Kara has not returned any calls so now its Consumer Fraud Dept time. More
