Just purchased a 2023 Ford Bronco Sport Outer Banks from this dealership. Had made an appointment with Sara Tsang based on positive reviews and was not disappointed. Sara Tsang and Leif Gronsdahl were extremely helpful, kind and professional. I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to purchase a vehicle in my price range but we found one and it's honestly perfect for kind and professional. Leif did an amazing job getting financing for me with a price and extras that fit exactly what I needed. Sara was nothing but helpful, attentive and very concerned with getting me everything I needed and she did it all with a smile. I came to Sara looking to purchase a brand new car for the first time, and she was so helpful, being willing to talk me through everything. That can be so scary as a first-time car buyer. What was even more amazing was that she wasn't annoyed at me when I kept changing my mind or new questions came popping up. She was honest, transparent, and always followed up with me on questions I had.
