Amazing support in complicated times I cannot speak highly enough of the work Sarah did to help me find my absolute dream car. She personally drove the car I was interested in to a third- I cannot speak highly enough of the work Sarah did to help me find my absolute dream car. She personally drove the car I was interested in to a third-party to provide additional check on the car since we were going to need to buy it from out of town. The mechanic gave a glowing review of the car, and Sarah maintained regular contact by email, phone, and text with me as we had to work through really complex Covid-related issues and hoops that needed to be jumped through to ensure everyone in the process was able to socially distance and stay safe. It was not an easy few days, but Sarah's regular communication and the excellent deal I was getting on a great car kept me motivated, and we got through it. My car was delivered to my front door within 24 hrs of being shipped, and I am so glad I pushed through the discomfort of purchasing during this wild time. Sarah made it happen! More

I’m super excited & extremely happy to have come to Ultimate Motorsports! The whole vibe felt right from the beginning. I didn’t believe that I would be able to qualify for the car that I wanted, which Ultimate Motorsports! The whole vibe felt right from the beginning. I didn’t believe that I would be able to qualify for the car that I wanted, which happened to be one of my dream cars. I came in and was greeted by my new favorite saleswoman of all time the great Ms. Sarah Flores. My mind filled with doubt about being able to qualify, Sarah put my mind at ease and gave me confidence by the way she talked to me and walked me through the possibility of maybe being able to fulfill a dream. I really appreciate and could tell that she really wanted to help me, her determination made made me believe when I didn’t. After everything was all said and done I left the lot on top of the world in my dream car and will forever be thankful to Ms. Flores and the entire crew at Ultimate Motorsports for the entire experience! More

My sales Manager Sarah was very attentive and answered all my inquiries. I could not take delivery until new tires were installed which is very fair however the new tires were not OEM spec and the GX rode all my inquiries. I could not take delivery until new tires were installed which is very fair however the new tires were not OEM spec and the GX rode extremely harsh and shook bad over 65 mph. Being an out of town customer I was unable to address at the dealer and had discount tire try and balance the tires the dealer installed. It turns out the tires branded cheap model "LingLong" the dealer installed were not adequate and I ended up spending 1K on the OEM. This was pretty unacceptable given I purchased this nice of vehicle for my wife. Again Sarah was top of the line. More

Sarah was the worst sales person ever she had an attitude that was very hard to work with, unprofessional, very argumentative she overpromise and under delivered multiple times and then tried to blame me. Sh that was very hard to work with, unprofessional, very argumentative she overpromise and under delivered multiple times and then tried to blame me. She told me I was difficult to work with after I was just trying to correct her mistakes. She would promise me times and other items and I will drive all the way from Friendswood and she would change everything and expect me to drive all the way back to Friendswood and come back again over and over. And FYI I paid my deposit and cash the very first day via wire so I kept my promise and my side of the bargain she did not. More

Love my car, however it was not ready at time of pick up and one of my front bumper covers was completely missing. The sales rep was very rude and did not make me feel like I was a top priority she kept giv and one of my front bumper covers was completely missing. The sales rep was very rude and did not make me feel like I was a top priority she kept giving me the wrong payment amounts. She also lacked active communication. My emails weren’t replied to until I escalated the situation to management and even she was RUDE. The only thing that saved this dealership from me walking away was the fact that this was the best deal offered on the exact car I wanted. So overall I will not be coming back strictly because of the treatment. When they have a better staff maybe they will be worth three or four stars. More
