I purchased my Crosstrek in 2014 from Palm Springs Subaru and nearly every time I have brought it in for service, Sarah has handled it in a very warm, I purchased my Crosstrek in 2014 from Palm Springs Subaru and nearly every time I have brought it in for service, Sarah has handled it in a very warm, friendly and professional manner. Even if I haven't been by for nearly a year (I've had some service done in Flagstaff, AZ my summer residence). she still recognizes me and makes me feel "special." Plus Sarah always takes the time to explain the work that needs to be done and when finished, exactly what was done and why. Like I said earlier, Sarah rocks. More

Beyond Expectation Living in the desert is hard on batteries. Our 2015 Forester just experienced its first dead battery...lasted 3 3/4 years...unheard of in the desert. Living in the desert is hard on batteries. Our 2015 Forester just experienced its first dead battery...lasted 3 3/4 years...unheard of in the desert. Sarah from PS Subaru rescued us on her lunch hour. Forward to the dealership. Jordan set up a new battery service for us AND put the gallon of ice cream that we had bought before all this started in the employee freezer. This is not how we planned to spend our day but Sarah and Jordan put a good spin on our dead battery experience. Thank you Palm Springs Subaru. More
