Sarah Nelson provided excellent service! She was personable, authentic, professional & anticipated all my needs. I was completely comfortable through the sales process & couldn't have asked for a be personable, authentic, professional & anticipated all my needs. Remington was friendly during the payment process until I didn't have the correct number on my personal check. Then he was abrupt & dismissive until I went to a bank & purchased a cashiers check. That was disappointing. More

Horrible, was denied the claim for the NSD tire protection i was sold, as i was pointing it right out on the websit. when i called myself she said he said the service agent said i was in a road acc protection i was sold, as i was pointing it right out on the websit. when i called myself she said he said the service agent said i was in a road accident. No i hit a metal sign i or something that was on the highway. More

Professional, clean, explained things well.
