Worst customer service I’ve ever received. I think her name was Serena? Refused to look up my maintenance package even though I confirmed it was on file at the time of booking. She refused to I think her name was Serena? Refused to look up my maintenance package even though I confirmed it was on file at the time of booking. She refused to call the maintenance package company to verify what was covered, I had to. And then after I confirmed everything was covered and had the package company email her (essentially doing her job) she refused to apply the coverage for everything for my appointment even though I had ample documentation showing it was 100% covered. Won’t be returning to this location More
