Only thing I didn't like was the 90 minute wait for service. Kind of makes appointments useless. I was in for service Aug 2024 tire rotation, my truck was too large for the alignment rack, so they did not align tires. They side swiped the side of my truck bringing it into the building. Never bothered t too large for the alignment rack, so they did not align tires. They side swiped the side of my truck bringing it into the building. Never bothered to tell me or fix what they did. I saw it when I picked it up, white paint all down the side of my black truck. The service manager immediately took the truck and got the paint off, no scratches seen. A day later I noticed that they had hit the running board as well denting it a bit and the end cap was missing. They ordered the part and it finally arrived in Jan 2025, I went in for them to install it and it was the wrong part. They would order another. Never heard from them again. I left messages and called, no response. I will not be going back there again. More
