Saul Lopez was very helpful and responsive. When I first inquired about purchasing a car from Infiniti of Montclair, Saul was quick to get in touch with me. H was very helpful and responsive. When I first inquired about purchasing a car from Infiniti of Montclair, Saul was quick to get in touch with me. He was courteous and friendly. While Saul initially recommended a car for me, he ultimately made a different recommendation in my best interest for a car with a longer warranty. While at the dealer, he was very helpful with the paperwork, and even helped me get things out of my old car to my new car by offering me bags to put my things in. The small details make a big difference In addition, Saul offered to come out to my home to help me program the garage door opener if I am unable to figure it out. This is top notch service, and Saul should be recognized for it! More
