The dealership is beautiful. My service associate is Samantha. She is great,... very attentive and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I do not buy my vehicles from Palm Springs BMW, My service associate is Samantha. She is great,... very attentive and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I do not buy my vehicles from Palm Springs BMW, which I would rather do since I live here! They charge too much for their cars. I have even brought them the exact pricing I'm getting from another dealership, in hopes that Palm Springs BMW will match it, but their sales manager won't do the deal! I don't understand it!!!! More
