The agents have been wonderful, but the car they sold me has been a big disappointment. After 3500 miles, the brakes needed to be replaced (an issue that required many visits to the garage, including one time because they had put the pads on backwards), and after 7000 miles we needed new tires. Now we are being told that the brakes need to be replace again after driving only 10k miles? They also upsold me on an extra maintenance plan for $1295 that I used once for an oil change and that is now expired, which makes me feel like I got swindled. More
