Worth The Wait! Great experience working with Savi finalizing my new lease. His professionalism and personable demeanor made this process less stressful! He focused on what I wanted in my new Ford Explorer and was able to find the vehicle immediately. Delivery took a little longer than expected, but once I was called to pick it up I was very happy with my choice :) I would definitely recommend Savi...as a matter of fact my brother will be visiting him really soon for his second Ford lease!! Excellent service Words cannot describe how happy my husband and i are with this purchase. Our first financed van. 5 stars! I hade the privilege to work with Savier Espinal and it was nothing short of amazing. He was very accommodating to my needs and wants as well as my fi I hade the privilege to work with Savier Espinal and it was nothing short of amazing. He was very accommodating to my needs and wants as well as my financial status. He didnt push or just try to make money off of me but genuinely cared, and took the time to explain and answer any and all questions and concerns I hade. Koeppel Ford is a new location and I am glad that I did my business there. Quick and easy service definitely reccomend this location. More

Amazing When i first walked in the enviorment was welcoming, i was looking for quotes around in another place but was not happy with the way they made me feel When i first walked in the enviorment was welcoming, i was looking for quotes around in another place but was not happy with the way they made me feel, felt a little discriminated. I then walk to this locatio and was helped out by Savier Espinal, which offerred us food and drinks and made us feel comfortable, he then helped me out with the car Ford Fushion. I dont have a driver license yet but did not stop it from me owning a car. I can only say he was a marvelous sales person and made me feel comfortable and happy with the options and choice i made. I will recommend this place to anyone. Everyone was so nice. More
