Nash Employees were fantastic! We have bought vehicles from Nash Chevrolet for over 25 years. Recently we wanted to trade our 2014 Impala in for a 2018 Impala but there weren't any We have bought vehicles from Nash Chevrolet for over 25 years. Recently we wanted to trade our 2014 Impala in for a 2018 Impala but there weren't any available. Boy, was I disappointed! I went and talked with Scot Saffold and explained what I was looking for. He told me they would search and see what they could find. The first day of searching only produced one and it was not what I was looking for. The next day Scot called me and said he had found one. He sent me the details and it was exactly what I was looking for. This weekend I took a trip of about 250 miles and love it more and more. Thank you, Scot and Robert at Nash! More

Purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado LTC Scot Saffold and Robert Brown should be commended not just for selling a vehicle but for their attitude and the professionalism that was shown. These Scot Saffold and Robert Brown should be commended not just for selling a vehicle but for their attitude and the professionalism that was shown. These two individuals have talents, skills and abilities that surpasses anyone in all dealerships that I have come in contact with during my business years (I am 70) so that is just a few years. They not only extended their loyalty to the Nash Chevrolet dealership but also to the customer. This is a difficult combination. This is where the rubber meets the road for a good sales team. Scot and Robert should be role models for the rest of the Nash sales team. They are like a vintage Chevrolet that has aged gracefully and is still ready for the next head turning event. Thank you Scot and Robert. I will enjoy my new 2018 Chevrolet 1500 for many years and I will be thinking of you both during every enjoyable mile. More

Making it easy! I needed a vehicle that I could work out of and also seat my four small children. Third row seating with some rear storage was the only option. While mini vans fit this need perfectly, I just could not bring myself to buy an import. I purchased my first GM product (2012 Equinox) in 2014 with 77,000 miles. After an additional 100,000 hard driven Atlanta miles, I became a GM believer. After some online searching, I settled on a Traverse. Nash Chevrolet was always popping up with many low mileage and one owner vehicles. Knowing Mrs. Green in the body shop I asked for help. She immediately walked me upfront and introduced me to Scot Saffold. Within 30 minutes, we had found my vehicle. I could have drove away in less than an hour, if I had a check handy. I returned the next morning and was on my way in less than one hour. If at all possible, we as Americans should try our best to support local and independent businesses. While this may not be the case in every circumstance, personalized service is what customers expect. My hat is off to the Nash family team. Mr. Saffold is the kind of guy I want to do business with. More

Only place to buy a CHEVY I live within 2 miles of a Chevy dealership and probably have 5-6 dealers within a 25 mile radius, but I drove 45 miles just to buy from Nash Chevrole I live within 2 miles of a Chevy dealership and probably have 5-6 dealers within a 25 mile radius, but I drove 45 miles just to buy from Nash Chevrolet! They are probably the easiest people of any car dealerships around to deal with. They go above and beyond to make your experience so enjoyable! First Class Customer Service After shopping at another larger local Chevrolet dealership and being told after the 2nd day that they weren't able to put me in a new truck I began b After shopping at another larger local Chevrolet dealership and being told after the 2nd day that they weren't able to put me in a new truck I began browsing the Nash website. I found a few pickups that suited my need. Nash employee Katie contacted me via the Nash chatline, took my info and said she would put someone from sales on my needs as soon as the store opened. Around 9 am Scot from sales called and less than 6 hours later I had made my trade and was driving off the lot with my new Silverado. They have certainly earned my respect by their attitude of "customer service" and making me feel like I was the only customer in the dealership. More
