To summarize my experience, I was referred to Brian Hoskins from a How do I begin this review without first giving a HUGE thank you to Mike Ciarlone. To summarize my experience, I was referred to Brian Hoskins from a relative who had a great experience with their first car purchase. From the moment we spoke via phone, Mike was very attentive and professional. The first car I picked out was a 2011 Toyota Corolla, and after submitting my application through different banks over the course of 2 hours I finally got an approval! I was so excited that I didn't even want to test drive the vehicle, against Mike's suggestion. To make a long story short the vehicle was a stick shift, which is like a foreign language to me. Not only did Mike take the time out to ATTEMPT to teach me how to drive stick, once we both realized that would be an epic fail he did something that any other dealership would not have done; he found me another car (automatic of course). Thank you Mike and Scot for your patience and understanding, as well as your professionalism. The car I ended up with is a Chevy Sonic and I am very pleased with my purchase. I will definitely refer others to Brian Hoskins, and Mike I am forever indebted to you :) More
