One of the best new car buying experiences I have ever had. This was my 16th Ford and I will definitely make the 2 hour trip to buy from these folks again. I have just purchased my third SUV from Brian Hoskins Ford and again, the service I received from Ed Kovatch and the rest of the team exceeded expectations. Up front, Ed knew my needs were complex, and he worked hard to find me a car that would fit my lifestyle and stayed within my budget. I have Dodge trucks for the past 15 years or so. I started calling round looking for a newer truck with a diesel motor to get me where I wanted to go, with no luck. So I started looking on the internet and the first truck that popped up caught my eye at Brian Hoskins Ford. I filled out the contact info and within a very short amount of time I was contacted by Mike Ciarlone and made arrangements to go look at the truck. I wanted to stay within a certain pricerange and within a very short amount of time Scott Schandler came back with a payment figure within pennies of where i wanted to be, so needless to say I am a Ford owner once again, and probably will be for a long time to come More

I filled out the online info that I was interested in a used car they had on their lot and Mike gave me a call with in an hour. I explained what i was look for and that I was on a tight budget, he called m used car they had on their lot and Mike gave me a call with in an hour. I explained what i was look for and that I was on a tight budget, he called me back with info that was very helpful but I let him know that I needed to extend the loan to 60 months, that's when Ed got involved. I received a call Monday morning that they could work with me on that. I went to the site Monday night, looked at and test drove the Durango, then met with Scott and drove it off the lot. Very helpful, friendly and listened to what I was looking for and got everything lined up for me. I will recommend them to my friends and family and concider them first for all my future veichles. Mr. Ciarlone was extremely helpful and extremely informative. This was the first new car I have purchased and I was not entirely sure what my options were. He gave me a list of potential vehicles informative. This was the first new car I have purchased and I was not entirely sure what my options were. Being a full time student and only working part time, I was not sure if I would be able to get an affordable financing option. The employees at Brian Hoskins were able to work with me and ultimately give me a monthly payment that I could comfortable afford without putting to much money down. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the area who is looking for a new car. More

I was on a search for a used Toyota Matrix online and came across the car I'd been looking for at Brian Hoskins Ford. I sent a message through Auto Trader's website and quickly received a response from M came across the car I'd been looking for at Brian Hoskins Ford. I sent a message through Auto Trader's website and quickly received a response from Mike directing me to view even more photos of the vehicle on the dealership website. I was glad to see more views of the car and the quality of the pictures was much better too. Even though it was over an hour away from our house, we decided to go in for a test drive. Mike had the car ready for us when we got there and even though he was running late that morning, his co-workers were all very friendly and helpful with setting us up for the test drive. I feel we were given a fair trade-in price on our vehicle and Scot was able to get us a great rate for a loan. We reached our goal of having a much lower monthly payment for our family car and drove off the lot with the car we wanted and smiles on our faces. It was definitely worth the drive. Thanks guys! I am so excited and satisfied about my new car - as much today as I was 3 months ago when I got it. Everyone was great, from start to finish.
