I was in and out in literally 15 minutes...there was no xx upcharge attempts, they simply stuck to every single aspect of the deal that was negotiated 100% on the phone (I live 45 minutes away). I was positive they would try to bait and switch terms once I got there...was the exact opposite. Every single thing we agreed to was honored.
