Well I started my search online and I Was very interested in a 2018 Cadillac Xt5. I expressed my interest in the vehicle and I quickly received a call from Scott Abbott who is a salesman at the dealership. W in a 2018 Cadillac Xt5. I expressed my interest in the vehicle and I quickly received a call from Scott Abbott who is a salesman at the dealership. We talked and I explained the reason I was looking for a new vehicle ( I am about to get a power wheelchair and I need a vehicle that can have a class 3 hitch mounted t it in order to accommodate the weight of the rack and chair combined.) He invited me to come down and even offered to bring the car to my residence . I decided to visit the dealership. Scott met me and quickly brought the vehicle to me. Throughout the entire experience Scott was very accommodating and considerate of my handicaps. H was truly very helpful. i purchased the vehicle and he then went so far as book an appointment with U-Haul to install the hitch that I need. once in the car he paired my phone to the vehicle and connected me to on star and set it up. i transfer my insurance and he printed out my ID card. All and all I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience and I definitely would recommend this dealership and salesman. both are truly very interested in their customers satisfaction and cater to them making it a very pleasurable experience! Brian was very responsive and truly did his best to make the experience seamless and hassle free. Brian went above and beyond to get us our new vehicle. On his day off, he drove the vehicle to NM. When his daughter was sick, he drove into the office just to get me the VIN. He never mislead me with information, in fact, when he wasn’t sure about specific details, he would always seek answers. Brian delivered the car to us with a full tank of gas and beautiful roses on the seat. He spent time going over the features of the vehicle. On a side note, the dealership’s process to do a transaction out of state was time consuming and unnecessary. Character references? Isn’t a credit score of 850 good enough? Forcing us to use their bank vs. our own local bank? Of course, this had nothing to do with Brian’s service. More
