I spoke with Scott several times over a period of about 3 days regarding our situation and the need to get back into a practical family vehicle. We had recently purchased a new car that just wasn't working for us and the loan was still in the first year. Scott worked diligently to find the right deal for us and responded quickly to all my calls and texts. Even on his time off. After several options, test drives, pictures, texts and phone calls. Scott performed a financing miracle for us and got us into a loan and agreement that is better than we had with the other car. We absolutely love our new 2022 Terrain and are extremely happy with the loan and protection we have on our new vehicle. I spent most of the day with Scott and we got to know each other a lot. I found Scott to be a very honest and genuine person who genuinely cares about the quality of his work and the folks that sit down to work with him. He even made sure that my wife was included and aware of every detail of the purchase along the way while she was at work. We drove the car to my wifes work so she could see it for herself and test it out. It is his attention to details and going the extra mile that really makes you feel like you got the best customer service there is, and we certainly did with Scott. He even installed my daughters car seat for me in the new vehicle and switched plates so i could finish other things and pick up my family on time. He is not your average or typical car salesman. Royal is a clean establishment where all of the employees practice great hygiene, all of the staff I encountered were not offensive in their hygiene or demeanor. He kept us in the loop in the vehicle status as well as looking for a vehicle that could deliver within the wait t of the Yukon before we ordered it. He thoroughly explained all the features of this fantastic vehicle and said we can call if we have questions. Service after the sale is very important to us and he introduced us to our service manager and we left knowing that we have found a dealer and salesman we want to return to and refer our friends and family to. Royal Cadillac/Buick is an awesome Tucson auto dealership. I was in there just for a quick oil service on my XT5 when salesman Scott & I struck up a conversation in the customer lounge. I had no i dealership. I was in there just for a quick oil service on my XT5 when salesman Scott & I struck up a conversation in the customer lounge. I had no intention of a car purchase until Scott showed me the newly designed 2021 Buick Envision Avenir. We took it for a spin and I was quite impressed by the style, handling and ride quality of the vehicle. I said that my wife was happy with her 2018 Chevy Equinox and was not looking for a new vehicle either. However, I told Scott that I’d bring her down to take a look and a test ride. We’ll she took it for a test ride and the wife liked it, but only would consider a purchase if we got a fair trade-in offer on the Equinox and that we’d think about it over the weekend. Surprisingly, the dealership allowed us to take the vehicle home for a weekend trial/test ride by ourselves. In short, we returned the vehicle Monday and made the purchase on the vehicle. They gave us a fair trade-in and we’re happy with our purchase. Scott was polite, professional, “no pressure” salesman during the entire process. The traditional gift received after closing the sale is a really nice touch too! More
