After an unexpected overheating issue with my 2004 Chevrolet Silverado I called at 8:02 in the morning had my vehicle there at 8:30 ,was given a free loaner car ,they diagnose the problem ,replaced th Chevrolet Silverado I called at 8:02 in the morning had my vehicle there at 8:30 ,was given a free loaner car ,they diagnose the problem ,replaced the water pump, thermostat ,got everything done before 4:00 with absolutely no notice before I called them!!!! I cannot begin to express my thanks with their professionalism, their courtesy, their understanding from somebody that's just here at the Lakes area for the summer .outstanding in every Department would recommend them to anyone looking for what we used to call the small town family business work ethic. thank you very much!!!!! More
