I went in without an appointment for tire repair. I was advised initially if the possible wait time, however, was never discouraged from staying or told that an appointment was MANDATORY, as had been done advised initially if the possible wait time, however, was never discouraged from staying or told that an appointment was MANDATORY, as had been done ate another dealership. My tire was repaired free of charge. Also, after my Jeep’s service was completed, I was able to get some assistance on operating my Jeep’s navigation system from my original salesperson, Scott A. He was very patient, & was able to demonstrate the proper way to use some of the features that I’d been struggling with. I highly recommend! More
