Hello I have lived here is Scottsdale since 1996. I have three children who all graduated from Chaparral High School. My two daughters both ran track, and went on to ASU. My son played football and Wrestled for Chap, and just graduated last year. My oldest daughter is taking her MCAT next month, while my younger daughter will be graduating next year. I have been in the financial markets my entire professional career. Initially as a Stock Broker, and then as a Private Equity Consultant. I am new to Automobile industry and it's just the change I needed! I love it! I have a balanced life of Work, golf, hitting the gym, a little travel and personal time. From the moment we made an inquiry about a vehicle, to the delivery of the vehicle at our home in another state, this dealership provided excellent customer service! Scott Bailey was our sales advisor and the delivery of the vehicle at our home in another state, this dealership provided excellent customer service! Scott Bailey was our sales advisor and went above and beyond to make sure we had all of our questions answered about the vehicle we were interested in since we could not actually see it in person. Scott even took detailed videos and pictures of the vehicle inside and out and requested a few minor things to be done to the vehicle so that we would feel comfortable with the purchase. The online paperwork for the purchase between our bank, and the dealership was relatively simple and efficient and other members of the Dealership’s team assisted us with questions through emails, phone calls, and texting until the process was finished. We absolutely love our Genesis G70, and know that the price was fair market value and it was the best model and condition that we had seen. This is a used car, but like new and runs amazing!!!! Additionally, when the car arrived, we did notice two things were missing: one small part inside of the vehicle panel to cover some wiring, and also the owners manual to which Scott personally found the owners manual for us and ordered the part immediately to be shipped to us soon. We will definitely look at this Dealership in the future to purchase our next vehicle. More

Initially, the presentation of the cars and the quality of their selections is very respectable. Then I had the pleasure of evaluating my choice with Scott. Their process isn't stressful or applying excessive pressure for you to buy, so you can have time to think. Michel in finance was very accommodating as well.
