Hello I have lived here is Scottsdale since 1996. I have three children who all graduated from Chaparral High School. My two daughters both ran track, and went on to ASU. My son played football and Wrestled for Chap, and just graduated last year. My oldest daughter is taking her MCAT next month, while my younger daughter will be graduating next year. I have been in the financial markets my entire professional career. Initially as a Stock Broker, and then as a Private Equity Consultant. I am new to Automobile industry and it's just the change I needed! I love it! I have a balanced life of Work, golf, hitting the gym, a little travel and personal time. The sales team at this establishment are 2nd to none. I flew in from Mobile Alabama to see my car for the first time and finalize the purchase and I couldn’t be more pleased with my car and with the prof I flew in from Mobile Alabama to see my car for the first time and finalize the purchase and I couldn’t be more pleased with my car and with the professionalism of Scott, Sara, Adam, Tristin and Dana. Seeing my car for the first time I noticed a small crack in the windshield Scott notified Adam who made 1 phone call and like that my windshield was replaced. They have so many beautiful exotic cars I must say It was truly a great experience at Certified Benz and Beemer. Oh Did I mention I Love my new Jaguar F-Type R that I purchased from you guys even better than my first one that I purchased from a different dealership. Certified Benz and Beemer is the best dealership I’ve ever worked with. Most auto dealers see a woman walk in and think “cha-ching! I am gonna make all kinds of money off her”. Probably because we lad ever worked with. Most auto dealers see a woman walk in and think “cha-ching! I am gonna make all kinds of money off her”. Probably because we ladies don’t like haggling- I know I sure don’t. And salesmen know it too and take advantage of us. However, when you find a salesman like Scott Bailey at CB&B you don’t have to worry about that xx. He sold me a car I LOVE and gave me $4000 more for my trade than the other 4 dealerships I visited. Certified Benz and Beemer is far and away the BEST dealership. Period. Bar none. Let me tell you why I know that. First, I’m not exactly a young man anymore so I’ve traded and purchased countless dealership. Period. Bar none. Let me tell you why I know that. First, I’m not exactly a young man anymore so I’ve traded and purchased countless vehicles through countless dealerships from Maine to Arizona. Every other car dealer and car salesperson left me feeling like I was taken advantage of in some way or another. Not so with Scott Bailey and Certified Benz and Beemer(CB&B). They are one of the few family owned dealerships left and the went WAY above and beyond for my wife and me. Like many dealerships say “we care about repeat business and making customers happy”. But you and I both know they don’t actually mean what they say. CB&B really does mean it. In fact, when we asked for a couple of extra things with our car, and had to leave it overnight, they not only exceeded our expectations on the work but Scott actually delivered the car the next day ON HIS DAY OFF!! Do yourself a favor and go see Scott at Certified Benz and Beemer in Scottsdale the next time you need a car. More
