From the moment we made an inquiry about a vehicle, to the delivery of the vehicle at our home in another state, this dealership provided excellent customer service! Scott Bailey was our sales advisor and went above and beyond to make sure we had all of our questions answered about the vehicle we were interested in since we could not actually see it in person. Scott even took detailed videos and pictures of the vehicle inside and out and requested a few minor things to be done to the vehicle so that we would feel comfortable with the purchase. The online paperwork for the purchase between our bank, and the dealership was relatively simple and efficient and other members of the Dealership’s team assisted us with questions through emails, phone calls, and texting until the process was finished. We absolutely love our Genesis G70, and know that the price was fair market value and it was the best model and condition that we had seen. This is a used car, but like new and runs amazing!!!! Additionally, when the car arrived, we did notice two things were missing: one small part inside of the vehicle panel to cover some wiring, and also the owners manual to which Scott personally found the owners manual for us and ordered the part immediately to be shipped to us soon. We will definitely look at this Dealership in the future to purchase our next vehicle. More

He was unbelievable in helping to put the entire deal together. I think we had about 150 text exchanges along with about a dozen phone calls before the final sale was completed. I live in Los Angeles, so the extra videos Scott sent me not only introduced me directly to Scott, but also showed me the Corvette in total detail. It was almost as if I were there. Honestly, I think I put him through a little xxxx, but he was always professional, responsive, and patient. They’re very firm on the list price, but they’ll work with you on the warranty. From the showroom, to my driveway, Corvette delivery to Los Angeles was prompt, intact, and exciting. The car was immaculate, just like it was presented. All in all, an excellent experience from beginning to end. I’ll definitely be reaching out to Scott again for future purchases.
