Hello my name is Scott and I have been working at Honda of Lincoln for 20 years. I grew up in Chanute, Kansas where I originally wanted to become a professional golfer. I am now currently the Used Car Manager at Honda of Lincoln. In my spare time I like to do wood work, golf and spend time with my family. I am married to my wife Angela and we have 3 children, Damon, Ceci and Michael. Some fun facts about me are that I enjoy listening to 80’s music, my favorite meal is steak and my favorite movie is The Warriors. I make the experience at Honda of Lincoln different because I thoroughly enjoy meeting new people every day. I like to get to know our customers and help them throughout their ownership experience. This was a very hectic time at the dealership. You would never have known it. Both Larry and Scott were so patient and spent extra time needed to explain all aspects of purchasing the vehicle. We have never owned a Honda and this experience made us feel why would we not own a Honda? Larry mentioned that he would be more than happy to explain the operations of the car once again if needed. Scott explained extra service maintenance offered without making you feel this was something you had to do. Well we did and I feel this was my choice for my own peace of mind. He is very thoughtful and enjoyable to work with. Larry is so honest and sincere why would you not feel good about the decision to drive a Honda!! More

Robert and Scott were both very professional and efficient. Robert didn't try to show us vehicles we weren't interested in, only what we wanted to see. My experience at this dealership was a positive one from start to finish. My Sales Rep (Brian) gave me attention without pressure and was obviously extremely knowledgeable about every car on the lot. I explained my needs and he recommended the perfect option to meet those needs. In addition, I had my 11 year old child with me and Brian treated her with kindness and patience. We were offered cookies and bottled water and never felt rushed or ignored. I filled out my finance paperwork online, so signing papers at the dealership went very quickly! Scott (my finance guy) was also very friendly. Once I took possesion of my new car, Brian helped me program the various settings. He showed me all kinds of options that I never would have known existed--a true testament to taking his time and making sure I was completely satisfied with every last detail. I've had good experiences at other car dealerships, but this experience was fantastic...and exactly why I'll always do business with Honda of Lincoln! Thanks for my new Civic! p.s. The car was perfectly detailed and looked amazing!! Whoever is behind the scenes getting the cars ready to go really does an amazing job, too! More

Regarding the "overall experience" rating, I gave this a "good" only at the fault of the Honda Care Plan wording, which I had purchased but then returned to the dealership the next day, to cance gave this a "good" only at the fault of the Honda Care Plan wording, which I had purchased but then returned to the dealership the next day, to cancel. I believe I should not have to pay for a plan that back-dates itself to when the car was new, so I was literally going to have to pay for almost four years of coverage through the Honda Care Plan, on a car I never drove during that time. If the plan would have started from the date I purchased the car, I would have kept the plan because it covers everything that makes an owner of a used car so much better about. Regardless, I purchased a certified used car from Honda of Lincoln from Caleb Tran, which includes a 2 year/12,000 mile warrant anyway. Caleb did an outstanding job finding me the exact car that I wanted, even though it took some time, which now that I have the car, was worth the wait! As with anybody, I feel I got a good price but not a great price. Obviously a great price would have been considerably less than what I purchased this car for but I also got a smoking hot deal on the finance charge so I guess I can't complain. More
