This was for an airbag recall. Everybody I dealt with was good humored and helpful and the job was done with dispatch indicating efficiency, My car was filthy from a COVID Winter in Ohio and concern ab was good humored and helpful and the job was done with dispatch indicating efficiency, My car was filthy from a COVID Winter in Ohio and concern about having a stranger round my car during the pandemic (by that time I had had my shots). When I collected the car it was sparkling clean. Way to go Metro Toyota! I’m sorry but I don’t remember names. That Everybody does it doesn’t help when a website demands you give stars for a category that does not apply. In this case the price did not apply and I have no idea how much the job cost. I will give 5 stars but they are meaningless. . More

I recently brought my Highlander in to have the AC checked for a malfunction in the system. I payed $252.98 to have the AC recharged, but was told that, “it didn’t fix the problem and it didn’t need i checked for a malfunction in the system. I payed $252.98 to have the AC recharged, but was told that, “it didn’t fix the problem and it didn’t need it”. I was also told that for an additional $1700.00, the problem could be fixed. I declined. I wasn’t too happy for paying $253.00 and not having the AC problem fixed, but I thought, that’s fine, in the future I’ll go somewhere else for service and buying cars. Then I started receiving surveys from dealerrater.com. I ignored the first 2 requests, but after getting the 3rd survey request, I finally decided to reply. So there you have it. More
