I have done business with Metro Toyota for 15 years. Purchased two cars from them and had all the service work done there. Lately though, something has changed. In February, I had an issue with one of the tires that I purchased at Metro. I took the car in and was told it just needed air. Two days later, back at service department and was told it was a tire sensor. I had to wait two and a half hours in the crowded waiting room and they charged over $300.00. What happened to all the service people that I have dealt with for years? These new kids don’t seem to care. I’m done with Metro, got rid of my Toyota and bought a Mazda. More

Received a phone call the next day asking if I could check under the hood for a flashlight that was missing. No flashlight, but I found a small magnetic rod that was left. Had that fallen into the fan check under the hood for a flashlight that was missing. No flashlight, but I found a small magnetic rod that was left. Had that fallen into the fan belts it would have resulted in damage. I suggest having a second set of eyes to look into the hood after the mechanic is finished, just to check for this kind of thing...forgotten tools. More
