This service center seems to re-examine their processes to try to make it better to to make the customer service better. They are efficient in their intake process and get me in and out quickly. Some of them know me by name. I have been in a couple of times and was not charged for a minor service because I am a loyal customer! I have never been disappointed coming here. More

I have purchased many cars from Metro, but working with Jim Greenfield and Chris Lombardo was one of, if not the most pleasant car buying experiences I have had. Poor service car was not test driven, sales personal was dismissive of concerns, back door not closed properly which is how i knew car had not been test driven. My last experience was not pleasant. I felt I was rushed. I had booked my oil change in advance . I was never told my cabin filter was dirty, I needed new tires, and I needed new windshield wipers.
