My last experience was not pleasant. I felt I was rushed. I had booked my oil change in advance . I was never told my cabin filter was dirty, I needed new tires, and I needed new windshield wipers. This was my first free oil change included in the purchase of my Rav4 in April/2020. I left so confused; I was told a car wash was included...after an hour, an associate came and told me my car was purchase of my Rav4 in April/2020. I left so confused; I was told a car wash was included...after an hour, an associate came and told me my car was ready. As I was in a hurry to keep a scheduled appointment, I took his word that everything was "done" and didn't realize until I got home later that day that the "service card" was still in my vehicle, the car had definitely NOT been washed...and the paperwork said "no oil change performed". It is entirely possible that my car was simply moved to the "finished" spot and perhaps nothing else was done to it either; after all....how could I possibly know? No one was at all rude...but I'm just saying....it was pretty confusing and as it is a 25 minute drive one way....I wasn't anxious to drive all the way back and get an explanation. More

I was told my brakes were at 50% at the end of my visit. The person was lying and never looked at my brakes. I just has new brakes out on my van 4 weeks prior.
