Scott and Mike provide excellent service. We follow their recommendations for all 3 of our Toyotas and keep our cars for a long time. We’ve been Metro customers for 30 years even though Metro is not t their recommendations for all 3 of our Toyotas and keep our cars for a long time. This was my first free oil change included in the purchase of my Rav4 in April/2020. I left so confused; I was told a car wash was included...after an hour, an associate came and told me my car was purchase of my Rav4 in April/2020. I left so confused; I was told a car wash was included...after an hour, an associate came and told me my car was ready. As I was in a hurry to keep a scheduled appointment, I took his word that everything was "done" and didn't realize until I got home later that day that the "service card" was still in my vehicle, the car had definitely NOT been washed...and the paperwork said "no oil change performed". It is entirely possible that my car was simply moved to the "finished" spot and perhaps nothing else was done to it either; after all....how could I possibly know? No one was at all rude...but I'm just saying....it was pretty confusing and as it is a 25 minute drive one way....I wasn't anxious to drive all the way back and get an explanation. More

I was told my brakes were at 50% at the end of my visit. The person was lying and never looked at my brakes. I just has new brakes out on my van 4 weeks prior. There is no way my brakes were even closer t The person was lying and never looked at my brakes. I just has new brakes out on my van 4 weeks prior. There is no way my brakes were even closer to 50% worn. So instead of looking and actually checking they just lied about it. I don’t trust any numbers they tell me now if the future of they just lie about checking anything, not sure which guy it was but it was a guy in the service dept More

I set up my first scheduled maintenance with Sam in the Sales Department. Metro Toyota reminded me to schedule my 5k service, reminded me before the date, and completed the service in less time than I was Sales Department. They were respectful of social distancing and mask rules which really was good to see. Totally pain free experience! Thanks! More
