Always a good experience I always feel well taken care of at Metro. I've been going there long enough that the service managers know my name and are always kind and do their I always feel well taken care of at Metro. I've been going there long enough that the service managers know my name and are always kind and do their best to get me the best deal. I'm a teacher so I'm always looking to cut corners where I can, and they are always honest about what really needs to be done. This past time they looked at my usb port for no extra charge and gave me a new USB cord. This was much appreciated! It is also always a comfortable waiting area experience. There are spaces to work if you need to get stuff done while there. Thank you Metro! More

First Time Being Very Disappointed Brought Rav 4 in for maintenance beginning of March. After service, car sat in garage for 10 days. Upon using car, dashboard icon revealed that tire Brought Rav 4 in for maintenance beginning of March. After service, car sat in garage for 10 days. Upon using car, dashboard icon revealed that tire pressure was low. Returned to Metro Toyota and was told tire pressure was only 25 lbs. in one tire. I was surprised and asked if there was a nail or problem with tire. Reassured everything was fine with tire. I continued to insist that something must be wrong due to loss of air. Again, attendant reassured me tire was fine and pressures are all normal. The very next day, dashboard icon revealed that tire pressure was low, again. Mechanic at oil change in Solon told me there was only 7 lbs. of pressure in that tire and that there was a nail in the side of the tire. He inflated the tire and I drove to Metro Toyota for new tire and to express my disappointment regarding service, missed nail in tire, and three times returning for simple maintenance. More
