Scott Bernard showed me cars I was interested in, told me about them, took me on a test drive, had my trade-in evaluated and had me a quote within one hour. Scott e-mailed me the next day to see if I had any questions and checked to see if we could meet. When we met Scott Bernard, Carl LABARCA, and John DANZE came up with a deal that worked for me and them. Everyone was always professional and not pushy. In less than 1 hour I had a good deal and all the paper work was complete. Also, I normally hate doing the paper work which had taken up to 30 minutes in the past. David Stanton completed everything in about 5 minutes. This made my total experience outstanding. More

Relaxed, respectful, and fair I purchased a used 2015 Honda oddyssey mini van from Delaware caddilac in Wilmington, de. From the initial email asking about the van, to scheduling I purchased a used 2015 Honda oddyssey mini van from Delaware caddilac in Wilmington, de. From the initial email asking about the van, to scheduling an appointment to test drive, was a breeze. Once I was happy with vehicle, My sales advisor Scott Bernard (arrrr a Scotty) Had a sit with me to go over everything. I talked with Scott and let him know this vehicle was for my wife, and she as well as my children will be in this vehicle, and there safety is important. Scott had the service department go over entire vehicle prior to my arrival, and let me know of a few simple issues that they had found, including a bad tire pressure sensor and a loose seat. All corrections were made as I said, but amazingly enough, this was all completed prior to me getting to the dealership. I find it extremely honorable for scott and Delaware caddilac to not only correct all of these issues, but not hide them from me. Between Scott and his sales manager John Danze, a deal was made....and at ease might I add. This was a simple, no haggle agreement that was sealed and closed within about an hr. The dealership was even nice enough to give my van a full detail prior to my departure. The entire experience was the complete opposite of what I was expecting. I would recommend Scott as well as the rest of the team at Delaware caddilac for any vehicle purchases, that is, if you want a great experience, in a relaxed, non pressured environment.
