I’ve bought from Scott Betti twice. The second time was just a coincidence as no one else was available. He was nice and got the job done overall. However, some wording that he uses made me feel as though just a coincidence as no one else was available. He was nice and got the job done overall. However, some wording that he uses made me feel as though he was judging me based on appearance. Both times buying from him he tried to put me in a vehicle that was cheaper and he thought would be more in my “budget”. I explained to him both times I can afford the vehicle and will not leave the dealership with a car I don’t want. He was a nice man, I just think he may need to work on reading people better. More

Ok with the purchase but as I was driving home the change oil light came on. You would think that a certified vehicle would have had the oil changed, not happy about this. Also everytime I have purchased a v oil light came on. You would think that a certified vehicle would have had the oil changed, not happy about this. Whenever I go to buy a car I'm continually disappointed by the snakes I meet at these places, but not here. Firkins lived up to the great reviews, and I have never been more happy about a purchase since I bought my home a few years back. The car is amazing, but finding a person like Scott made this a memorable experience. More

Nothing but a bad experience I was quoted 93$ for two air filters that cost 23$ at the auto parts store. I was supposed to have one year of free oil changes with my vehicle purcha I was quoted 93$ for two air filters that cost 23$ at the auto parts store. I was supposed to have one year of free oil changes with my vehicle purchase and I ended up paying out of pocket for the oil change. The service itself was mediocre at best. I definitely will not recommend this service department to anyone going forward. More
