I have bought many cars from this dealership and have always been extremely satisfied. The general manager and all his staff are very friendly, helpful and straight forward. My entire family has been buy always been extremely satisfied. The general manager and all his staff are very friendly, helpful and straight forward. My entire family has been buying from this dealership for around 15 years, and would never purchase a vehicle anywhere else! As far as service is concerned, the dealership is impeccable. The technicians are very well trained polite and understanding, and I have never had a problem that has not been properly and professionally handled. In a nutshell, Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk rocks!!! More

I found the employees exceptionally friendly,knowledgeable and pleasant. I had a great experience with service as well. I have been a Honda owner for 12 years and have been nothing bu friendly,knowledgeable and pleasant. I had a great experience with service as well. I have been a Honda owner for 12 years and have been nothing but happy with the product. The Gemeral Manager and salesperson did not pressure us in any way and went out of their way to locate and deliver the honda accord we wanted. Though they are 15mins from my home, I have done all my serviceing with them and continue to be more than satisfied. More

We drove from Connecticut due to sour experiences in our local market and the reputation of Herb Chambers. We bought the car this monday, even though the dealership was pack due to Cash4Cl. Mike was crazy b local market and the reputation of Herb Chambers. We bought the car this monday, even though the dealership was pack due to Cash4Cl. Mike was crazy busy, but we never felt managed. Scott jumped to work us on our trade and the deal for our new CRV fell together flawlessly. Agreed to purchase the CRV at 4:30 on Monday. Picked up Wednesday at noon. Probably could have taken home if it wasnt so late in the day. Mike and Scott were great to deal with and we have already recommended them to our friends. Open and fair dialogue about our trade, was followed with a great price. The Finance department was great. Financing anything these days is a nightmare due to tight lending practices but we found them to be easy to work with. We now know why Honda of Seekonk has such a great reputation, we lived it. We will be heading back to see Mike for our next vehicle. CRV1108 More

I originally did not purchase my car from this store. I went to the dealership to drop off my lease which I had leased from another dealership. When I walked into the showroom it felt different then it did went to the dealership to drop off my lease which I had leased from another dealership. When I walked into the showroom it felt different then it did the first time around. Upon entering the store I was greeted and dealt with a sales person name Adriel Calo. He was very courteous and asked if he could help me. I cringed when I told him that “I was not here to buy a car just return a lease” thinking he was going to act bothered. To my surprise he just smiled and asked me to follow him to his desk. He asked me a few question and then explained to me my option with the vehicle. Things that I didn’t even know or were explained to me at the other dealership. By the end of the whole experience. I ended buying out my lease. And purchasing a another CRV a couple of years later. More

I just love my new Ridgeline!!! Buying it, instead of being painful, was wonderful. Seriously, I NEVER write letters but as a single woman I was expecting more of the usual and what I got at Herb Chamber being painful, was wonderful. Seriously, I NEVER write letters but as a single woman I was expecting more of the usual and what I got at Herb Chambers was just the opposite. Everyone from the person who answered the phone and walked me thru the process to the gentlemen who took me for a test drive was professional and easy to deal with. The sales person was particularily great. He answered my questions with consideration and respect. They even found me the exact truck I wanted and helped me understand and secure great financing rates. What blew me away away was the time they spent answering questions and thoroughly going through the car, explaining all the instruments and accessories on the day I took it home. All in all it was a very good experience. I've been recommending Herb Chambers to my friends. Thanks for doing a great job!! More
