I want to thank the staff @ Herb Chambers of Seekonk, MA, again, for their outstanding sales and customer service. I have purchased what I believe to be 10 cars from your dealership over 12-13 years. Having said that, I have dealt with Scott Birtles, General Manager, for all of them. He along with Jose Albuquerque and others in the sales department have made these purchases as quick and painless as anyone could ask for. They are very efficient with delivery, and EVERY, aspect of making the customer feel good about buying a car. The service department is also without question top notch in, as I have said, the many years I have been a customer. If I have any issues Peter has always addressed them in a very professional and courteous manner. I will continue to recommend your dealership to family and friends. 5 Stars. Well Done!! More

I have been a customer at Herb Chambers of Seekonk since 2003 when I purchased a new Honda Accord. I bought my daughter's first vehicle here as well--a used 2004 Honda Accord Coupe. In the 6 years they have 2003 when I purchased a new Honda Accord. I bought my daughter's first vehicle here as well--a used 2004 Honda Accord Coupe. In the 6 years they have been servicing our vehicles, I have never encountered a problem. In the service department, Tim Islip, Victor and Paul G. are the BEST. They are friendly, extremely helpful and very professional. They go out of their way to accommodate their customers upon arrival, in the waiting area and upon completion of service. I really appreciate my car getting washed after each visit. Living in Providence, R. I., Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk is less than 15 minutes away and the service hours are extensive. I can assure you when purchasing my next vehicle it will be at this dealership. Scott Birtles, the General Manager, in my opinion is the reason this dealership is so successful and has the GREAT reputation it has built over the years. General Manager Scott Birtles and Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk, Massachusetts are both worthy of THE ABSOLUTE BEST rating available. I have dealt with many dealerships over the years, including other Hond Seekonk, Massachusetts are both worthy of THE ABSOLUTE BEST rating available. I have dealt with many dealerships over the years, including other Honda dealerships, and I will say unequivocally that Scott Birtles and Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk represent THE BEST OF THE BEST in the automotive industry because they are TOTALLY attuned to the wants, needs and desires of the automotive customer. It is understandable why this particular dealership in the rather "sleepy" town of Seekonk, Massachusetts is nonetheless one of the busiest Honda dealerships on the eastern seaboard... after customers find this dealership (about 12 minutes East of Providence, Rhode Island), have the opportunity to do business with Scott Birtles and his outstanding, well trained staff and return to this dealership for the follow up service and maintenance from their top notch service department, it is no wonder why this particular dealership is booming and brimming with a TON of business and tremendous repeat and referral business as well. Scott Birtles and Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk clearly differentiate themselves from the rest of the "pack" in the automotive industry because they take the time to REALLY listen to what the customer requires, all the way from the pre-buying stage and through every other step of the car purchasing/ owning experience. This General Manager, Scott Birtles, and the dealership that he oversees, Herb Chambers of Seekonk, are the true model of automotive excellence. I personally would not deal with any other Honda dealership but this one. Kudos to Herb Chambers for what he, Scott Birtles and their superior staff have accomplished and maintained during one of our most trying economic periods in America's history. This dealership is great. I've been a customer of theirs since 1993. They are always fair and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. They never pressure customers and you feel great since 1993. They are always fair and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. They never pressure customers and you feel great about the deal once it is completed. Plus they remember you when you return! I have always been treated wonderful in the service area also. They have been quick and precise in returning my vehicles and never have I been dissatisfied about my experience. Customer service is always obliging and helpful when those little extras need attention and answers. Overall, Herb Chambers of Seekonk has been a wonderful opportunity to buy a vehicle and meet great people. More

I had been looking for a car since the spring time I was having a hard time finding one to suited me. Well I think I went to Herb Chambers Honda Seekonk atleast 10 times and each and every time I went there having a hard time finding one to suited me. Well I think I went to Herb Chambers Honda Seekonk atleast 10 times and each and every time I went there sales personal were courteous, polite helpful and friendly. Well They found a car that was just perfect for me( I'm kind of hard to please) and they did everything i wanted done to it I will be picking my car on Wednesday and I can't wait. I bought a '06 CR-V EX from Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk a few months ago. It took me a while to buy the car because at first I could not find a vehicle that I liked and then we could not agree on Seekonk a few months ago. It took me a while to buy the car because at first I could not find a vehicle that I liked and then we could not agree on the price. Eventually, Fred Celeste, the internet manager, told me that he would match the price if I found the same car at a different price within 100 miles. I did find such a car and it was priced 1000 dollars lower. I bought my CR-V that day at the matched price. After picking up my CR-V, I quickly realized that it was missing the floor mats and discovered that one of the storage compartments was damaged. I notified Scott Birtles, the general manager, and was immediately given a set of brand new mats and my storage compartment was fixed. Overall, Scott Birtles and Theresa Phillips, my sales person, were very friendly and helpful and I enjoyed purchasing my car from them very much and now I enjoy getting my car serviced there. It's always very quick and I get the car back vacuumed and washed. Purchasing this car from Scott Birtles was my best dealer experience ever. I highly recommend this dealership. More

We recently serviced our Honda Accord at Herb Chambers of Seekonk, which is also where we bought it. Our family has been doing business there since 1993. Scott is an excellent and exemplary general manager Seekonk, which is also where we bought it. Our family has been doing business there since 1993. Scott is an excellent and exemplary general manager, one of the best in the industry. We've known Tim in service just as long, and he always does an excellent job to meet our needs. Even the finance staff is great. Without question, I know the exceptional quality of what I get from Scott and his staff, because we have purchased and serviced other vehicles, i.e. Toyotas, as our second vehicle from other dealerships. Frankly, the only reason we own a Toyota Sienna minivan (as our second vehicle) instead of a Honda Odyssey is due to the fact that my husband requires a "rampvan", which we cannot obtain from Honda; an Odyssey cannot be modified with a lowered floor and a power ramp, etc. (Fortunately, Toyota is a great vehicle.) Perhaps Honda will get into the accessibility and mobility business one day. We have always had an exceptional experience at Herb Chambers. More

I would like to begin by saying I am very happy withmy new Honda Accord. Without Scott's ability to make me feel very comfortable and trusting, I would not be enjoying this vehicle right now. What really made a difference in my purchasing this vehicle was Scott's patience and willingness to take the time with me when I was deliberating before making this decision. My final decision came when he explained to me all the benefits in buying it right away but without the pressure. Scott's delivery of information appeared sincere in wanting me to be happy in this new vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to anyone without hesitation. More
