Consistently Polite and Excellent In 16 years of using Lithia Toyota for service - all out oil changes and service, typically for two vehicles - we have always had positive experiences In 16 years of using Lithia Toyota for service - all out oil changes and service, typically for two vehicles - we have always had positive experiences. That's about 150 appointments, including those challenging repairs or maintenance items that are costly. I vaguely recall one incident that was less than exceptional, and that one was not bad at all (which is why I don't even recall details). What I do recall for the other 149 are oil changes that happen within the promised time, usually very fast. I recall lots of laughter and joking around with people who seemed to love their jobs. I recall extra service when needed regrind little things like windshield wipers, or a key FOB batter like last time. I have been to every site I know of to rate Lithia Toyota of Redding top notch. I rated price as 4 stars. In straight comparison, Lithia can be beaten on price. So why do we keep going there? Because they diagnose a problem the first time, saving me time (and probably money; I have experienced the fumbling of other service centers). Only a fool purchases vehicle repairs and maintenance based solely on price. You often get what you pay for! More

My purchase of a 2017 Tundra My wife and I went by Lithia Toyota, Redding, kinda just checking out Tundra P/u's. We ask for a Salesperson and Uncle Mike Morris came out and intro My wife and I went by Lithia Toyota, Redding, kinda just checking out Tundra P/u's. We ask for a Salesperson and Uncle Mike Morris came out and introduced himself. We told him what we were interested in, he said he had some out back in lot , we walked with him and he showed us a couple, that were kinda what we wanted to see. I told him I wanted a Tundra V-8 , long bed 6.5 feet, he ask what color and we said either silver or dark gray. He said he had a new one just came in. We went over and looked at it and it was exactly what we had in mind. We said lets Do it ! Mike walked us thru the whole deal, as we are VERY HAPPY with the new 2017 Tundra. We also went back a couple days later to get running boards bought and installed. More

Great Service! I bought a new 2016 Corolla on 6/10/16.. I was very happy dealing with DeeDee Casner, and felt that she did an outstanding job from start to finish. I bought a new 2016 Corolla on 6/10/16.. I was very happy dealing with DeeDee Casner, and felt that she did an outstanding job from start to finish. She was able to answer all my questions and provide feedback that I needed to help me make the decision to buy. I cannot remember the names of all the other employees I had met and "dealt with" during the past 3 weeks, but everyone has been friendly and helpful. I am not in the habit of making recommendations to anyone but I will make an exception this time. I would recommend this dealership. This is the second vehicle I have purchased here, and I was equally happy with my purchase experience of a used Rav4 back in 2008. More
