I was sent emails and messages by the general manager, sales manager, salesman and other representative on anything that can be helped with, I responded to all of them but only the other rep responded and actually tried to assist. This leaves a very unfavorable impression. Use touchless car wash when cleaning the car before hand-off delivery to customer. The vehicle was previously scratched up. More

I had been looking for an ideal white Challenger sine I saw the movie Vanishing Point back in 1971.. Lo and behold there was one at SW Kia in my price range. When I saw it it was love at first sight, and also because I am handicapped I can get in and out of it easier than any other vehicle. Due to being a tad light on my downpayment options I came back before the vehicle I now call Kit was gone. We met the prior one owner just by luck and knew the 35K miles it had were taken care of. Yes it's a V6 but it's more than fast for ths 73 year old and the gas mileage puts a smile on my face. It seems I grew up with the young looking smiling guy who does the SW Kia ads on TV and they have always done outstanding deals for neighbors around town. I consider Mr Graham Man of the Year. The finance department got me a better deal than I ever imagined. I recommend anyone to shop there first and give them a chance. More
