I also dislike where it’s “required” to have to purchase the $895 1 year protection. If it’s required why not just put it in the price. More

Shottenkirk has been great. GM’s customer service has been terrible. Had my truck in 3 separate times for the same issue and feels like GM just wants parts thrown at it with n GM’s customer service has been terrible.
