Shottenkirk has been great. GM’s customer service has been terrible. Had my truck in 3 separate times for the same issue and feels like GM just wants parts thrown at it with n GM’s customer service has been terrible. Had my truck in 3 separate times for the same issue and feels like GM just wants parts thrown at it with no real solution. After they came up with a fix for the 3rd time, two weeks later, the same light came on again. I’m done with GM. Again Shottenkirk has been great to work with and would recommend them to anyone. More
